“Parking is absolutely terrible on Monday, probably other days as well. Many people, including us were not aware of the no package rule. where were the information signs? Did not receive details of various tours, for example tour bus/shuttle opportunities to get to see the Arizona. Web site is confusing. Not a good way to celebrate 21 years of marriage without a vacation. Hoping other arrangements go better.”

“Trekking the kayak 1/2 mile from pkg lot to bike path thru river then sand not fun. Literally double price by using Viator vs going to kayak shop directly. Felt very ripped off ( $212 for 2 ppl vs $90 since we brought our own snorkel equipment but website doesn’t give option to decline using theirs.). Our mistake for not having asked more questions or checking with shop directly well in advance. Will never use Viator again. Buyer beware! Positive: very Pretty area, saw turtles and a sea lion on one of the islands. Should be strong and have some kayak experience for this. Gave 1 star due to how…”

“Viator allowed me to purchase a ticket 25 minutes prior to closing and viator ticket cannot be used because viator ticket is not for the oark entrance. Their is a different fee for the park.”
