“The experience was great for me, however, dragging the kayak back to the store 1/4 of a mile was tough for my wife and an 11 yr old kid since we have a family and needed 2 kayaks. It could be better if they could have a trailer pulled by a truck to bring it down to the location for us like white water rafting. Overall it was fun me for people who are fit and able to DIY.”

“Well organized, incredibly friendly guides. Best snorkel and sandbar spot. Super blue water. Actually got to swim with a sea turtle. Incredible Mountain Views. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that we saw and understood all the wild life. Lastly they gave us a dinner recommendation, which turned out to be our favorite meal of our entire trip. If you’re staying in Waikiki, it is worth the trip to the other side of the island, as opposed to all the trips that take you to turtle canyon right off Waikiki. This trip was 1000x better!”

“Trekking the kayak 1/2 mile from pkg lot to bike path thru river then sand not fun. Literally double price by using Viator vs going to kayak shop directly. Felt very ripped off ( $212 for 2 ppl vs $90 since we brought our own snorkel equipment but website doesn’t give option to decline using theirs.). Our mistake for not having asked more questions or checking with shop directly well in advance. Will never use Viator again. Buyer beware! Positive: very Pretty area, saw turtles and a sea lion on one of the islands. Should be strong and have some kayak experience for this. Gave 1 star due to how…”
