“I was told to call the operator number after we got our bags, which I did. They told me to go outside and wait for the VIP van. We waited for about 20 minutes and I called again, because all the people who had arrived on our plane were already gone! When I called the second time, the woman said to wait by the tables with umbrellas. That information would have been helpful the first time I called. I don't know if that is why it took so long. Our driver arrived about 10 minutes later. Our plane arrived at 8 pm and it was not busy, so not sure…”
