“This ranch has everything! Including clean bathrooms! We got there in enough time to enjoy lunch before we went out on the ride. The weather was a little poor, so they called us many hours before to let us know there would be a time change from 2 hours to 1.5 hours. They also initiated an immediate credit back to our card. The guide was incredible! AND she felt the need to learn Japanese/Chinese to be able to talk to other customers who didn’t speak English. I was so impressed!
