“For a second time the meeting place address was incorrect. In London the address failed to have a west or east destination. My wife and I ended up miles from the actual meeting place. Here in Honolulu they got it a little better. The address listed was only about 700 yards away from the actual pick up spot. The phone number to call for a contact went to a hotel and they had no idea what I was talking about. Viator pawned off our trip to a third party. This third party guide contacted us and thankfully we were able to find their location. Viator needs to update their website…”

“The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. The description of the tour on Viator was bad. I signed up to be picked at the hotel at 8:00. They called at 6:30 and said moved up to 7:00. We got down at 6:50 and called him about 7:00 and he told us we needed to go a quarter mile to a different pickup. Had to push wheelchair. There not time for Missouri as you stated, it was five hours not 6-7 on our description. You need to update the tour. Once at Pearl Harbor it was good.”
